There is no minimum quantity order; however some goods have to be ordered in quantity lots (these are listed on the web site). There is a minimum order value of $10.00 AUD (not including freight).
Genetics Australia customers can elect to have goods charged to their account. Other customers can either apply for an account at their local Genetics Australia branch (if applicable) or pay in one of the following ways:
The system automatically creates and emails a tax invoice where you make a credit card payment. If you want a copy of this invoice, log into the site by going to http://shop.genaust.com.au/user and typing in the name and password you set up. If you have forgotten your password the system will email you a new one. Once logged in, you can go to your order history and get copies of invoices for the products you have purchased.
GST – GST is not applicable on overseas orders.
New Zealand
We can ship most goods quickly, efficiently and economically via Australia Post to New Zealand (providing they are not dangerous goods). Please contact us for a quote.
Rest of the World
Please contact us via email with your requirements and we will quote freight costs to you.

All standard items are returnable for refund within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged, are in new condition (including packaging) so we can resell them. Please call us in Bacchus Marsh before returning any item – items left at stores may not be identified as returns and miss out on being credited to your account. Custom made items and used items cannot be returned for credit. If there is an issue with product use, it becomes a warranty issue not a return for credit.
All products we sell are covered against faulty materials or workmanship. Unless otherwise stated this warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase (invoice date). Note that the warranty does not cover damage due to using products outside their operating parameters, misuse or general wear and tear from using the product. If a product is defective we will repair or replace it at no cost on receipt of the defective product. If the product repair is deemed to be a maintenance problem rather than warranty (i.e. flat batteries) we will advise you a repair cost prior to returning the repaired product.
