Protective Shipper for SC 4/2V and SC 4/3V

Protective shipping container for vapour shippers.

This protective shipping container is made from a durable impact resistant plastic designed to cope with the rigours of transportation.  The container also prevents the narrow 4/2 and 4/3 tanks being placed (or falling) on their sides in transport, thus helping assure cryogenic sample viability. 

The tank is sandwiched inside the cover between bolsters of heavy foam rubber, isolating the tank from vibration and knocks. 

The lid has a ratchet locking mechanism allowing you to tighten the foam rubber pad inside the Proshipper lid down on to the AI tank lid to keep it secure.  The ratchet handle then folds away.

The Proshipper has a handle carry handle which folds down when not in use.

The top of Proshipper is rounded so other freight cannot be stacked on top of it.  This is an important feature, as competitor protective shippers are often box shaped and get stacked in other freight leading to overloading. 

These containers can be used to ship your samples with a 'non hazardous' classification, reducing costs.
