These All-Weather paint marker pens aren't felt tip pens - they are paint which etches into polyurethane tags for for long-lasting visibility.  The paint is controlled by valve in the tip so you can control how fast it flows onto the tag.  Black comes with two nibs - 1/16" (fine) and 1/8" (medium). 

These pens are useful in other places (for instance to write on pipes in the dairy) as they leave a permanent strong mark but you can write in fine letters.

The paint is UV and weather resistant.  It dries fast and is non smearing.
