Heiniger 12v cattle clipper
These Swiss made, heavy duty clippers are ideal for cattle and horse clipping. Heiniger are the world's most trusted supplier of sheep shearing equipment - over 60 million sheep are shorn with Heiniger handpieces each year in Australia alone. These clippers come standard with a 31F blade which cuts at around 1.5mm - 2mm. The cut width is 75mm/3".
The 12v clipper comes with 5metres of cable so you can run it some distance from your 12v battery. This clipper runs at 2250 rpm and gives 75 top blade strokes per second, yet weighs only 1230 grams (plus cable). These clippers are ideal for use in remote areas, as you don't need 240v power to either run the clippers or charge cordless clipper batteries. You can run them from a spare 12v battery, the ute or the tractor.
An optional shearing head can be fitted to this clipper.
The fine tolerances of the Heiniger mean they operate more smoothly, quietly and run cooler than other brands.
It is no coincidence they run like a Swiss watch! Part of the history of Heiniger is employing watchmakers as electronic watches became popular back in the 1970s.
These are professional clippers - but anyone looking at clippers should be checking out Heiniger. Fully backed with warranty, parts and service available from Heiniger Australia you can have confidence you are buying a tool which will do the job, keep doing the job and be serviced and maintained locally to keep you going for many years.
All Heiniger clippers come in a strong and secure carry case so they can be looked after. They come with oil, universal tool, cleaning brush and a full set of instructions. A picture of the case is attached. The case comes with space for spare blades and battery operated clippers have a space in the case for a spare battery. A lot of thought has gone into Heiniger clippers.
